Jacob P. Nathanson (February 21, 1901 – March 2, 1986) was an American lawyer and politician from New York.

Nathanson was a member of the New York State Assembly (Kings Co., 14th D.) in 1927, 1928, 1929, 1930, 1931, 1932 and 1933.
